Time..........
Bottom-line, is that an average three man framing crew can erect a 1,900
square foot house, approximately 480 feet of walls, in a single day- braced,
walls plumb and lined, ready to roll floor or roof trusses the next day!
No wasted, mis-cut, stolen or unused lumber material. No huge stacks of
trash or dumpster bills or labor to clean the mess up.
The advent of less skilled
carpenters to perform these tasks it has created both an opportunity and
challenge. The clear solution, and growing trend, is wall panels, roof & floor
trusses, allowing for a predicable quality finished product.
